In October, we gathered for an afternoon of celebration with our staff and volunteers. The afternoon began with a fabulous afternoon tea, followed by the presentation of a series of awards. While we would love to give awards to EVERYONE, we took the opportunity to name and celebrate a handful of truly exceptional individuals, including all of our wonderful volunteers as well as staff who have achieved a milestone length of service.

A highlight of the celebration was recognising specific staff for the way they embody one or more of Outlook Christian Living’s values. All staff were invited to nominate co-workers to receive awards. A total of 75 nominations were submitted, with a number of people receiving multiple recommendations.
