Home Care, made simple

Here to Guide You

The Australian Government provides home care funding to eligible Australian citizens. If you haven’t already, you can start the process by requesting an ACAS assessment to check your eligibility – click here. If you qualify to receive a home care package, the funding can be used for whichever services are most helpful to you. If you choose to use Outlook Christian Living Home Care, we will meet with you to help you get the most out of your package and build a plan that fits you. You can even transfer existing home care services from another provider to the Outlook Christian Living home care team.

What does Home Care cost?

Government funding levels vary depending your personal situation, which is considered during your ACAS assessment. Once your assessment is completed, you will receive formal notification of your eligibility, including the funding amount.

Even if you are not eligible for government assistance towards the cost, you can still access our home care services as a self-funded user. As a not-for-profit organisation, Outlook Christian Living keeps costs as low as possible while still providing quality care and fully qualified staff.
